Used for temperature measurement at the top of coke oven regenerators, with a thermocouple insertion depth of nearly 2 meters. It features a reinforced square box and support ribs to prevent deformation when installed horizontally in high-temperature environments. The adjustable insertion depth is facilitated by a movable flange connection.
Sheath of flexible thermocouple is drawn by special stainless steel in special process, so it is muchsofter thantraditional ones, but the performance is same, despite of flexibility. Flexible thermocouple can be inserted intozigzag thermowell and measure temperature of various structure inner the reactor.
